Service Agreement

These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of automotive repair and maintenance services by Entryspark (ABN 92 841 657 301) to customers in Australia. By booking a service with us, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.

Service Estimates and Pricing

All service estimates provided are valid for 14 days from the date of issue. Final pricing may vary if additional work is required or if parts prices change. We will contact you for approval before performing any work that exceeds the original estimate by more than 20%. All prices are quoted in Australian dollars and inclusive of GST where applicable.

Payment Terms

Payment for services is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfer. A 1.5% surcharge applies to credit card payments. Overdue accounts may incur a late payment fee of 2% per month on the outstanding balance.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Australian consumer law, Entryspark's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the cost of repairing or replacing the defective work or parts. We are not liable for consequential damages including loss of use, inconvenience, or towing costs. Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment may incur a $50 cancellation fee. Refunds for paid services are provided if the work has not commenced or if the issue is a result of our error. For completed services, we offer a 12-month warranty on labour and parts, subject to our warranty policy.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through mediation or in the courts of Queensland. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
